Explosion-Proof Construction：Gray die-cast aluminum one-piece housing with electrostatic powder coating (salt spray resistance ≥500h), rectangular lamp head with 10mm tempered glass diffuser (transmittance ≥92%), evenly distributed stainless steel explosion-proof screws. Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification for Zone 1/2 IIA-IIIC explosive gas environments.


Optical Performance：Integrated high-brightness LED array, luminous efficacy ≥160lm/W, 5000K cool white, CRI Ra≥85, 120° beam angle, illumination radius 15-20m; built-in constant current driver with AC85-265V wide voltage input, PF＞0.95, short-circuit and over-temperature protection.


Safety Design：Red "Ex" marking and "No live opening" warning label on the lower connector, black waterproof switch, IP66 protection, operating temperature -40℃ to +70℃, surge protection ≥6kV.
