Product Features：

Explosion-Proof Construction：Light gray die-cast aluminum housing (sandblasted finish), black panel with white "EXIT" sign (acrylic, UV-resistant). Top metal adjustment knob, red "Ex" marking on right side. Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification for Zone 1/2 IIA-IIIC explosive gas environments.


Indicator Performance：LED light source (red/green optional), luminous intensity ≥15cd/m², emergency runtime ≥90min; three status indicators (charge/fault/power) with gray dot markers, automatic main/emergency mode switchover (response time ＜0.1s).


Safety Design：IP66 protection, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, surge protection ≥6kV; 8 circular mounting holes (φ6mm), bottom G3/4" explosion-proof cable gland (DN20 conduit compatible).


Electrical Specifications：Wide voltage input (AC220V/DC24V), power consumption ≤5W, built-in maintenance-free Ni-Cd battery (3.6V/1.2Ah); overcharge/overdischarge protection, housing thickness ≥3mm, impact resistance ≥7J.
