Explosion-Proof Construction：White ABS engineering plastic housing (flame rating V0) with 1.5mm tempered glass diffuser, aluminum alloy heat dissipation grilles at both ends (thermal conductivity ＞200W/m·K). IP66 protection, Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification for Zone 1/2 IIA-IIIC explosive gas environments.

Optical Performance：High-brightness LED array (10mm spacing), luminous efficacy ≥150lm/W, 4000K neutral white, CRI Ra≥80, 120° beam angle; linear light-emitting surface design with uniform illuminance ≥500lux (at 3m), flicker-free (ripple depth ＜5%).

Thermal Management：Integrated heat sink + end grille convection structure, temperature rise ≤25K at 20W, LED lifespan ＞80000 hours (L70 standard); 304 stainless steel grille with impact resistance ≥7J.
