Explosion-Proof Construction: White ABS engineering plastic housing (flame rating V0) with 1.5mm tempered glass diffuser, IP66 protection against dust and temporary water immersion (1m depth for 30min).
Safety Compliance: GB3836.1-2010/IEC 60079-0 compliant, Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification, CCC & T/GIES 024-2025 approved for Zone 1/2 II explosive gas environments.
Optical Performance: T8 fluorescent tube compatible (20W/30W/40W options), efficacy ≥85lm/W, CRI Ra≥80, 4000K neutral white, illumination radius 5-6m, optional emergency backup (≥90min runtime).
Installation & Maintenance: Snap-on quick-install design with G1/2" explosion-proof cable gland, suitable for ceiling/flush/pendant mounting; bottom black rubber seal (aging resistance -40℃ to +80℃) ensures long-term sealing.
