Explosion-Proof Construction：6063 aluminum alloy housing (anodized surface), 1.2mm tempered glass diffuser, white ABS hollow guard (impact resistance ≥7J), IP66 protection, Ex d IIC T6 Gb rating.


Thermal Management：Integrated heat sink structure with internal convection air duct, temperature rise ≤30K at 20W, fluorescent tube lifespan >12000 hours.


Electrical Specifications：T8 fluorescent tube compatible (20W/40W options), electronic ballast (PF>0.95), AC220V/50Hz power supply, built-in overcurrent protection.


Installation & Maintenance：M20×1.5 explosion-proof cable glands, steel conduit compatible; ceiling/wall/suspension mounting options, weight ≤3.5kg, adjustable mounting hole spacing (100mm/200mm).
