Product Features：


Explosion-Proof Construction：304 stainless steel frame (1.2mm thickness) with 1.5mm tempered glass shield, dual parallel fluorescent tubes, metal bracket fixation. IP66 protection, Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification for Zone 1/2 IIA-IIIC explosive gas environments.


Optical Performance：T8 fluorescent tube compatible (20W/40W options), luminous efficacy ≥85lm/W, 4000K neutral white, CRI Ra≥80, uniform illuminance ≥300lux (at 3m), optional emergency backup (≥90min runtime).


Safety Design：16 M6 stainless steel fixing screws (50mm spacing), quick-connect terminals (4mm² wire compatible), bottom drainage holes (anti-condensation), salt spray resistance ≥500 hours.


Installation & Maintenance：Ceiling/wall/pendant mounting options, G3/4" explosion-proof cable gland, weight ≤4.5kg (1200mm)/2.8kg (600mm), tool-free lamp replacement, MTBF＞50000 hours.
