CY61 Series Explosion-Proof LED Floodlight Product Features:


● Explosion-Proof Construction: ADC12 die-cast aluminum housing with electrostatic powder coating (salt spray resistance ≥500h), 10mm tempered glass cover (transmittance ≥92%), stainless steel explosion-proof bolts. Ex d IIC T6 Gb certification for Zone 1/2 IIA-IIIC explosive gas environments.


● Thermal Management: Honeycomb hollow heat dissipation structure + aviation aluminum base with graphene thermal paste (thermal conductivity >400W/m·K). Case temperature ≤55℃ at 100W, LED lifespan >80000 hours (L70).


● Optical Performance: CREE XTE LED chips, 5000K cool white, CRI Ra≥85, 120° beam angle, efficacy ≥160lm/W; built-in constant current driver (efficiency ≥90%) with AC85-265V wide voltage input and short-circuit/overheat protection.


● Installation & Durability: 360° rotating stainless steel bracket (load ≥30kg) for ceiling/wall/pendant mounting; IP66 rating, operating temperature -40℃ to +70℃, 6kV surge protection.
