Product Features:


●Explosion-Proof Construction: ADC12 die-cast aluminum housing with electrostatic powder coating (salt spray resistance ≥500 hours); 10mm ultra-clear tempered glass diffuser (transmittance ≥92%) with stainless steel explosion-proof bolts. Certified Ex d IIC T6 Gb for hydrogen, acetylene and other IIIC explosive gas environments.


●Thermal Management: Innovative honeycomb hollow heat dissipation structure with graphene composite material (thermal conductivity >500W/m·K). Case temperature ≤60℃ at 200W, LED lifespan >80000 hours (L70 standard).


●Optical Performance: Taiwan Epistar 3030 LED chips, 5000K cool white, 120°/90° beam angle options, 0-10V dimming compatible; built-in surge protection (≤6kV) and over-temperature/current protection circuits.


●Installation & Durability: 360° rotating stainless steel bracket (load capacity ≥50kg) for ceiling/wall/pendant mounting; IP66 rating with temporary water immersion resistance (1m depth for 30min) and -40℃ to +70℃ operating temperature range.
